I've spent my career working in the space between knowing and doing.

Over 15 years working in learning and facilitation taught me that engagement is only the beginning. Leading organisational change at Urban Utilities showed me how strategy, process and people need to come together for real results. Across both worlds, I kept seeing the same challenge: brilliant plans, well-designed programs and great intent — but too often, not enough action. That's why I do what I do today.
